HaploStats: Easy-Entry Tool

Download sample files (right-click, Save As) - be sure to keep the original CSV format:

• Download – A sample file with all of the supported Locus columns.
• Download – A sample file with the basic column structure, but this sample also includes a Row ID column, which may be used for reference purposes only.
• Download MS Excel Version – An Excel equivalent to the file above.

Basic Instructions:

1. Upload a CSV file
2. Cick Submit
3. The results will be presented in a table format

Locus-to-Column Names:

• A = A1, A2
• B = B1, B2
• C = C1, C2
• DRB1 = DRB11, DRB12
• DQB1 = DQB11, DQB12
• DRB3 = DRB31, DRB32
• DRB4 = DRB41, DRB42
• DRB5 = DRB51, DRB52
